Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create, deliver and support your invitation: contact details, couple names, wedding date, selected theme, function and venue details, RSVP contact details, wording, notes and the photos you choose to provide. We also keep payment-status and order-reference information. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or other payment-instrument credentials.

Guests who use a published invitation may submit RSVP details, such as their name, attendance response, guest count and optional message.

How we use it

We use your information to provide a preview, process your order, prepare the coordinated invitation collection, host the published invitation, collect RSVPs where enabled, communicate about your order and provide the included correction round. We may use limited, non-sensitive measurement data to understand how the site is used and how advertising performs.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We use trusted service providers to host the application, store order information and private photos, deliver transactional email, and measure site performance or marketing where those tools are enabled. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service. We do not sell customer information or couple photos.

Photos and published invitations

Photos supplied for fulfilment are stored privately while we prepare your invitation. When you ask us to publish an invitation, the images and wedding details chosen for that invitation may be visible to anyone who opens or is sent its public invitation link. Please provide only photographs and content that you have permission to use.

If you would like a published invitation taken down, contact us with the order reference. We can unpublish it while resolving your request.

Security and access links

We use access controls designed to protect private order data and photos. Your post-payment continuation link is a secure bearer link: anyone you share it with may be able to access your order details. Please keep it private and contact us promptly if you believe it has been disclosed.

Retention and your choices

We retain order and fulfilment information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support the included revision, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, unpublish or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. We will explain if a request cannot be completed immediately.
