The service

Vantoron Weddings provides a coordinated digital wedding invitation collection. The current Founding Customer package is ₹999 and includes a personalised mobile invitation microsite, digital invitation card, WhatsApp-ready invitation, up to five functions, venue and Google Maps links, QR code, hosted invitation link, RSVP section and one correction round. A free preview is not a completed, published or delivered invitation.

Your information and permissions

You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, times, venues, Maps links, RSVP details and wording. You confirm that you have permission to use every photo, logo, name, address and other content you submit, and that publishing it will not infringe another person’s rights or breach applicable law.

Review and correction round

One correction round is included for reasonable factual or presentation changes to the delivered collection, such as spelling, dates, timings, venue details or photo selection. Requests that change the agreed scope, add functions or require a new design direction may require a separate agreement before we begin the work.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you decide not to proceed with the service, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment. Email hello@vantoron.com with your order reference and the email address used at checkout. We may verify the request before processing the refund to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If we cannot provide the agreed service because of an error on our side, we will first make reasonable efforts to correct it. If we cannot do so, we will offer an appropriate refund.

Digital Delivery and Fulfilment Policy

This is a digital service; no physical product is shipped. After payment, you will receive a secure link to provide your final wedding details and photos. The 48-hour delivery window starts only once we have received the required complete details and primary couple photo.

Delivery will be made by email and will include your hosted invitation site link, WhatsApp-ready invitation, digital invitation card and QR code image. If information is incomplete, contradictory or requires clarification, delivery may take longer until the issue is resolved.

If you would like to use the included correction round, email your requested changes to hello@vantoron.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order reference.

Published links and guest responses

A published invitation link is intended for you to share with your guests. You are responsible for reviewing the final public information before sharing it. RSVP responses are collected for the invitation customer; please do not use the service to collect unlawful, sensitive or unrelated information from guests.

Payments and availability

Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is accepted only after the payment is verified. We may decline, pause or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, required information is missing, content appears unlawful or infringing, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
